Amouage Purpose is a fragrance created by the renowned perfumer Quentin Bisch from the house of Givaudan. Conceived by the creative team at Amouage, the scent is imagined as an olfactory ritual—a practice of awakening, finding inner peace, reconnecting with long-lost roots, and achieving a sense of completion. The perfume’s deep and flawless structure is crafted by a true master using only the finest and most exclusive ingredients. Combined with traditional techniques, the fragrance aspires to become the most iconic scent in the new Odyssey Collection. The mysterious and mystical aroma of Amouage Purpose opens with spicy notes of red, black, and white pepper, embraced by sparkling citrusy bergamot. This radiant blend is softened by the smoky, resinous scent of olibanum. At its heart, the fragrance features bold and refreshing vetiver, paired with a languid, thorny rose spiced with green nuances of papyrus. The composition is enriched and softened by silky, creamy sandalwood notes. The base of the fragrance dissolves into a masculine aura of leather and suede, accentuated by precious saffron and two synthetic molecules—Akigalawood and Mystikal.
