Imruh Asha is a Paris-based stylist, creative consultant, and fashion director whose work connects art and fashion. He draws on his Dutch-Caribbean heritage and a background in contemporary art to build visuals that feel personal and precise.

Asha began his career in Amsterdam, working at a concept store that gave him space to experiment with designers and visual ideas. After moving to Paris, he started collaborating with photographers, magazines, and luxury brands on editorials, campaigns, and creative projects.

In 2021, he joined Dazed magazine as fashion editor and was promoted to fashion director the following year. In this role, he helped define the publication’s visual identity and editorial direction. His styling and creative direction have since appeared in campaigns and publications for brands such as Moncler, Jacquemus, Pucci, Hermès, Kiko Kostadinov, and Botter.

Beyond editorial work, Asha has presented several art installations. His 2022 exhibition “Stretched” at Galerie Kitsuné combined sculpture and photography, while “Future Shock,” staged at Dover Street Market’s 3537 space, explored materiality and perception through sculptural forms.

In 2023, Asha co-founded the fashion label Zomer with designer Danial Aitouganov, creating a platform where fashion, art, and design intersect. The brand reflects Asha’s ongoing interest in translating conceptual thinking into wearable form.

Today, he continues to expand the visual language of contemporary fashion through color, texture, and narrative depth. His work challenges traditional ideals of beauty and introduces new, more inclusive perspectives to the industry.
