Jahleel Weaver

Jahleel Weaver is a fashion stylist and creative director whose work has defined some of the most memorable celebrity style moments of the last decade. Raised in Maryland by Jamaican-Panamanian parents, he moved to New York at eighteen to study fashion design at LIM College while working at the boutique Jeffrey.

Weaver began his career assisting stylist Mel Ottenberg and soon started collaborating with Rihanna during her 2011 Loud tour. That partnership evolved into a long-term creative relationship. By 2014, he was part of the core team developing Fenty, and in 2019 he was named deputy creative director when the brand launched under LVMH.

At Fenty, Weaver helped direct campaigns, collections, and the overall visual language of the label. He also oversaw Rihanna’s personal style through major public appearances, tours, and award seasons. During her pregnancies, his approach to maternity dressing, treating it as a form of self-expression rather than concealment, was widely recognized as redefining celebrity fashion narratives.

Since Fenty’s closure in 2021, Weaver has expanded his role as an independent stylist and image consultant. Recent work has included collaborations with artists such as Dua Lipa and projects that extend his influence beyond fashion design into broader creative direction.

Known for his intuitive understanding of personal style, Weaver often describes his work as helping artists express their identity rather than dressing them for an occasion. His ability to merge artistic vision with cultural awareness has made him one of the most influential stylists shaping the look and mood of contemporary celebrity fashion.
