Louise Ford is a London-based fashion stylist whose work spans editorial and advertising. Raised between Zimbabwe and Kenya, she developed an early interest in storytelling through images. Those formative years gave her an appreciation for how clothes can communicate mood and perspective.
She began her career with apprenticeships at British Vogue and i-D Magazine before joining the fashion team at Dazed, where she spent four years assisting the creative director. The experience grounded her in the fast rhythm of editorial production and the collaborative nature of building a visual story.
Louise’s body of work now includes editorials for WSJ Magazine, W Magazine, More or Less, Luncheon, HTSI, Beyond Noise, and Present Space. Her commercial clients include Dior, Cartier, and Mercedes-Benz. In each project, she considers how styling can reflect both the character of the subject and the intention behind an image.
She has collaborated with photographers such as Malick Bodian, Alice Neale, Kristin-Lee Moolman, Laura Jane Coulson, Julien Martinez Leclerc, Esther Theaker, and Sean Thomas. Her styling is guided by observation rather than trend, balancing composition, texture, and tone to create images that feel lived in and true to the moment.
Now based between London and Paris, Louise continues to develop her practice across editorial and campaign work. She is represented by MA + Group.
