Saint Laurent Productions, the film division of fashion house Saint Laurent led by creative director Anthony Vaccarello, will debut its latest movie, Father Mother Sister Brother, at the 82nd Venice Film Festival. The event takes place from August 27 to September 6, 2025.

Written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Jim Jarmusch, the movie is structured in three separate but connected stories titled Father, Mother, and Sister Brother. Each part explores the relationships between grown-up children and their parents, unfolding across locations in New England, Dublin, and Paris.

The film features an impressive cast, including Cate Blanchett, Adam Driver, Tom Waits, Mayim Bialik, Charlotte Rampling, Vicky Krieps, Indya Moore, Sarah Greene, Luka Sabbat, and Françoise Lebrun.

Vaccarello serves both as a producer and the costume designer for the film, highlighting Saint Laurent’s distinctive style on screen. This continues the fashion house’s recent move into cinema, following last year’s films premiered at Cannes Film Festival, including Emilia Pérez, Parthenope, and The Shrouds.

Global film distributor Mubi will release Father Mother Sister Brother internationally later this year, aiming to capture the attention of audiences and awards committees alike. The film is Jarmusch’s first fictional feature film since The Dead Don’t Die in 2019.
