For its latest chapter, Dior turns to Mia Goth, Greta Lee, and Mikey Madison to reframe the Lady Dior. The actors, all newly tied to the House, appear in a campaign shot by David Sims at the Pavillon de Musique de la Comtesse du Barry, a historic setting just outside Paris.
Anderson, in his first outing as Dior’s creative director, leans into the French eighteenth century, letting the architecture and gardens play as much a role as the actors. Photographed in natural light, the images carry the weight of history while offering something immediate.
The three women were asked not to pose so much as to react, allowing instinct to set the tone. It’s a way of stripping down the Lady Dior, showing the bag not as an untouchable relic but as something that shifts when placed in new hands.
“The Lady Dior is one of the most iconic bags in history. I love that when you pair it with someone like Mia, Greta, or Mikey, it suddenly becomes something new,” Anderson said of the campaign.
