The Paddington bag, a mid-2000s phenomenon, has returned to Chloé with a campaign anchored in Paris and led by Kendall Jenner. Directed on 35mm film by Mati Diop and photographed in stills by David Sims, the story unfolds with a cinematic sensibility.

Jenner is joined by actress Aimee Lou Wood and K-pop singer Anna Tanaka from Meovv, each cast as distinct characters moving through the city with their own rhythm. The campaign emphasizes individuality and intimacy, portraying the Paddington not as an accessory but as part of personal narratives.

Creative director Chemena Kamali describes the bag as spontaneous and lived-in, qualities she wanted to preserve in its new chapter. The Winter 2025 runway marked the official reintroduction: its signature padlock remains, but hardware has been lightened, proportions adjusted, and the design refined with vegetable-tanned leather that develops a natural patina over time. A single-zip opening and reworked shoulder drop add to its ease.
The Paddington bag will be available from September 2025 in neutral tones and textured finishes at Chloé boutiques and on Chloe.com.
