Stüssy and Wales Bonner have come together for a capsule that stretches surf culture across continents. Shot in Los Angeles by Zoe Ghertner, the campaign places the collaboration in a sun-washed setting but with references that move far beyond California.

The collection remixes Stüssy’s iconic World Tour graphic, updating it with cities that nod to coastal and cultural touchpoints from Labadi and Bull Bay to Tokyo and Santa Ana. Printed across co-branded tee shirts and cotton poplin oxfords, the design grounds the collaboration in a global perspective.

Clothing follows suit, leaning into a beatnik-inspired mood. Fringed shorts, leopard knits, and stonewashed denim sit next to tailoring, most notably a double-breasted blazer cut from navy Loro Piana doeskin wool. Wales Bonner’s hand is evident in the details: a bark brown leather varsity jacket, and a silk polo printed with the work of Accra photographer Nana Yaw Oduro.

Surf classics are also reworked. A double-zip neoprene hoodie, embroidered board shorts, and a sarong designed with Peter Miles pull the collection back to the beach, while keeping the aesthetic sharp enough for city wear.
The full collaboration releases Friday, September 26 at 10 a.m. local time, available at select Stüssy stores, stussy.com, and walesbonner.com.
