Wales Bonner returns for Fall-Winter 2026 with a collection that fuses the structural logic of Indian modernism with the loose rhythms of spiritual jazz.

Summery
- The Blueprint: Wales Bonner looks to the concrete idealism of Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi and the spiritual jazz of John Coltrane to map out the Autumn Winter 2026 collection.
- The Partnerships: Savile Row house Anderson Sheppard supplies an indigo linen tuxedo, while John Smedley handles the merino knits and adidas Originals wraps the Karintha trainer in crocodile skin.
- The Details: Artisans Beullah Serema and Peter Mabeo carved the Panga Panga wood brooches in Botswana, adding organic texture to the zebra-print pony hair of the new Studio Moccasin.
John Coltrane’s Meditations provides the sonic floor for ‘Morning Raga’. Grace Wales Bonner pulls from this jazz spirituality and merges it with the structural purity of Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi to create a wardrobe that drifts between the practical and the sensual.
That sensuality hits hardest in the shirting. Designers took the standard Bengal stripe and crinkled the cotton to ruin the pristine office look, while seasonal Madras checks add bold expression and heritage polos gain a ceremonial satin sash.

Satin also defines the lapels in the womenswear. A signature wrap tuxedo features a sculptural hem line, standing alongside a studded top and skirt set that offers a harder edge to the lineup.
Sharp lines define the outerwear as well. A minimalist grid pattern covers the chore jackets and topcoats, which are cut from Italian wool and broken up only by leather detailing.

Leather gives way to softer materials in the knitwear. Tonal cotton and merino knits arrive via a partnership with heritage English maker John Smedley, serving as a casual counterpoint to the indigo linen tuxedo cut by Savile Row tailors Anderson Sheppard.
Anderson Sheppard bring a British hand, but the jewelry comes from Botswana. Makers Beullah Serema and Peter Mabeo used Panga Panga wood and semi-precious stones to build the collection’s architectural brooches.

Architecture influences the footwear construction, too. The new mainline Studio Moccasin arrives in zebra-print pony hair, flanking an adidas Originals range that updates the Karintha trainer in crocodile skin and introduces a fresh profile for the BW Army silhouette.
