Kith Ivy is the brand’s most ambitious brick-and-mortar project to date, a full-service members’ wellness club with a private lobby at 120 Leroy Street in the West Village. Annual fees are rumored to cost upwards of $36,000 USD. The offer brings together sport, product, dining, a wellness center and spa services, with a focus on padel and a retail component for the Kith Ivy line.

“Kith Ivy signifies two very important moments for the brand,” Ronnie Fieg said. “Firstly, the Kith Ivy club in New York is our most holistic entry into hospitality, expanding outside of dining into true lifestyle services, sport and wellness, and product,” he continued. “In parallel and equally importantly, Kith Ivy is a new brand for us, focused on the aesthetic coalescing around the sport of Padel. I saw it as an intriguing opportunity to help define what a relatively newly adopted sport could look like.”

The plan spans rooftop padel courts, a 1,500-square-foot gym, multiple dining areas, a tonic bar, a wellness center, pro shops, and a dedicated store for the Kith Ivy label. The space is designed to feel like someone’s house, and it will operate as a members’ environment once the doors open later this fall.

Food and spa partners set the tone. Cafe Mogador will handle dining. The spa, in partnership with Giorgio Armani, will offer sports massages, facials, IV drips, and more, and will include a jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, steam rooms, and a cold plunge.

The club will include an Erewhon tonic bar serving the grocery chain’s viral smoothies and juices. It will be New York City’s first Erewhon outpost and the first Erewhon tonic bar outside Los Angeles. Members will have access on site, while non-members within a defined radius will be able to order through Postmates and Uber Eats.

Kith Ivy also includes a padel program with Wilson, spanning “hard goods” and a collection for the court. Ahead of the opening, Fieg previewed the project on Instagram, writing, “KITH IVY. It’s a thing.” The brand then set up a free-to-play padel court in Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall, open through Sept. 10, where visitors can try the game and see the Kith Ivy range. The Wilson-made pieces and the Kith Ivy collection are set to release online and in the app on September 8.
